I can not caution you enough to not attend this college. The instructors I had rushed through everything and I feel like I graduated knowing nothing. No course should have you running around and the instructors lowkey bullying you when they don’t have time for you. I wasted time and money for a career that never happened. I was not equipped for the real dental field even when passing with all A’s. Learning X-rays, molds, and other hands on things were rushed so much that some of us never got a chance. I wish I could get a refund for the BS “course” I took.

Pima is an ok schooling, definitely have to have an open schedule to be able to attend classes and stay on top of everything. Communication between staff and students could be better.

Pima Medical Institute is a great place for people looking to learn skills about health care for people or animals. If you weren’t confident in yourself before you definitely will be by the end of your time at Pima!

Pima medical seems like a great school. I spoke to amazing people except for one. I was to speaking to someone in the financial office and this guy was just making it seem like I couldn’t pay for tuition. He was giving me weird looks every time I would answer a question and even acted surprised when I said I would be paying on my own. I found this honestly disrespectful and his attitude made it seem like he was looking down on me.

I dont recommend this school if you have not had prior experience in the medical field Very hard to get work after completing the course. (MA program) My daughter waited over a month to get placed for his externship and lost some benefits because of it. She finished school in Nov and still can’t work until she gets his license which he is still waiting and it’s almost February. ( 3month) This does not help the students at all! Who wants to pay So Much money to not be able to be successful. Pima doesn’t help with getting work after completing school . I know many friends who attended this school and never worked because no one hired them and they had NO experience in the medical field. I STRONGLY recommend getting a Doctor or nurse letter of recommendation after completing your externship. This could help your chances. Good Luck! The school needs to do better and have kinder staff with more patience! It is also CRAZY to me that when graduation came around each student only got 4 tickets and that was all so that was extremely disappointing and upsetting to me
